Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are tokenised so the raw account numbers are never held in our application database.

Cookie Management

We use session cookies for account authentication and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can review and withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie preferences panel in your account settings.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number adds a second verification layer whenever your account is accessed from an unfamiliar device or IP address, reducing the risk of unauthorised entry.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are kept for seven years as required by financial regulations applicable where local law permits. Account profile data is deleted within 60 days of a confirmed account-closure request, once any outstanding balance is settled.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe), identity verification providers, and fraud-detection services. Each third party is bound by a data-processing agreement before receiving any personal information.

Your Correction and Access Rights

You may request a copy of all personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or submit a deletion request. We process access requests within five business days and deletion requests within 30 days of identity verification.
